•Visionary founder of D.R.E.A.M. (Determined to Reach Expose And Motivate), Inc. which has three areas: 

1) D.R.E.A.M. First- a youth leadership development program she started in 2002 which  focuses on instilling in boys and girls to love God, love who they are, and serve others 

2) D.R.E.A.M. LeadHERship- ongoing experiences offered to intentionally lead women and girls in walking with passion, power, and purpose 

3) D.R.E.A.M. NEXT- numerous, annual, community initatives created to strengthen diversified, community relations for connection, opportunity, and growth

• Additionally, she does hundreds of hours of pro bono/legal ministry work with the elderly for estate planning
• Serves as an Adult Sunday School Teacher, Women’s Ministry Leader, and Director of Vacation Bible School at Second Union Missionary Baptist Church (Pastor Joseph Martin, Jr.).

• Assists individuals throughout several parishes in Louisiana desiring to start their own businesses as a Business Coach with Louisiana Central's Business Acclerated Systems
• Motivational speaker, leadership trainer, and bible study leader for many church, workplace, school, organization, and community groups and events throughout the country

• Through the “Attorney Ingrid F. Johnson Higher Learning Award”, she has sponsored over 30 first generation students enrolled at Grambling State University 

• Volunteer in public schools

• Serves the Grambling University National Alumni Association on the local, regional, and national levels, Mildred S. Jones-Alexandria Chapter President, Central Louisiana Regional Representative, and National Executive Committee

• Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. for over 25 years; Past Regional Member of the National Redistricting Committee, State Leadership Team Member, State Cluster 2 Chair, President of the Alexandria (LA) Alumnae Chapter; Leadership Southwest Graduate
• Current Vice President for the Friends of the Rapides Parish Library Board and Board Member for several other organizations throughout Louisiana
• Former Board Chair and Commissioner on the Rapides Parish Civil Service Board 

• Recipient of many awards and recognitions, including the “Hometown Hero” Award presented by Fox 48, the City of Alexandria Human Relations Commission’s “Spirit of Community” Award, Greater Baton’s YWCA “Women of Achievement Award in Public Service”, being named as one of “the Greater Baton Rouge’s Top Forty People Under 40” by the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report, one of “Delta’s Next Top Leaders” by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., “Woman of Distinction” by the Light Newspaper, and “Central Louisiana Woman of the Year in her 30s” by the YWCA and Christus Cabrini Hospital
